Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat fee of £5.99, and returns are totally free! We also offer free local delivery if your address is within a certain distance of our Cheshire HQ; this will automatically appear as an option at checkout if your postcode is covered.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver with EVRI or similar couriers, who have a 2 - 4 day shipping timeframe. As we are reliant on a 3rd party for shipping, if you are ordering for a holiday or specific event, please ensure you allow a reasonable timeframe buffer as we cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party shipping delays.

I'd like a delivery date that's not appearing available in the delivery calendar

Please contact us if you'd like delivery on a date showing unavailable in the calendar as we may be able to achieve this for you.

I'd like same day or next day delivery

We are not able to offer this as standard, however if you need a super quick delivery time, please contact us as we may be able to work some magic.

Can I preorder?

Absolutely! If you're getting organised for an upcoming holiday or impending arrival, just select your desired delivery date in the calendar at checkout.

Local delivery is not appearing as an option at Checkout

We offer free local delivery within a certain radius of our HQ. If your delivery address is within this raduis, the 'Local Delivery' option will appear on the checkout page once you input your address and postcode. If this option does not appear, unfortunately you are outside our local area.

How much do returns cost?

How do returns work?

We require you to return your item on the last day of your rental period, which is specified in your order confirmation email. We use EVRI or similar for our returns and will send you a returns QR code via email 3 days before your last rental day. Take this QR code along with the parcel to your local dropoff point (ensure you use one that enables label printing), where you can print and attach the label. Make sure to obtain proof of postage.

I'd like to return my item early

We're happy for you to do this, if you have not yet recieved your Returns QR code, please get in touch and we'll organise this for you.

I'd like to keep my item longer

This is fine too! (subject to product availability). Please get in touch and we'll discuss your requirements. We offer reduced pricing for longer rental periods.

Products

Are the products new?

You may receive an item that is brand new, however this is not guaranteed and you may recieve a previously used item with some signs of general wear. Every item we rent is quality checked and professionaly cleaned prior to rental. By renting, you are helping to re-use and reduce wastage in the baby industry, protecting the environment for your little one and future generations. If you have any concerns please contact us.

How much does it cost?

Each item has a set price for specified rental lengths, which are shown on the product pages. The longer your rental period, the cheaper the weekly rate.

I'd like a rental period that is different to the options on the product page

Our minimum rental period is 1 week. If you require a longer or bespoke rental period that differs to those available on the product page, please get in touch so we can discuss your requirements.

How do you clean the items?

We thoroughly clean and quality check all items between rentals. We use baby and environment friendly products to steam or launder fabrics and to clean & sanitise hard surfaces.

What if I lose or damage my rental item?

We expect fair wear and tear from normal usage during your rental (small tears/small stains/slight scratches) and this is nothing to worry about. If your item is lost or damaged beyond repair, we expect you to cover the cost of replacing like for like, and therefore recommend your item(s) is covered on your home or travel insurance. If the item is damaged or soiled beyond fair wear and tear, but is repairable, we may charge you for the cost of the repair.
