Cancellation

Prior to receiving your order, you may cancel your order free of charge up to 5 days before your delivery date. Cancellations within 5 days of delivery will incur a 50% charge. You may change your delivery date free of charge, subject to item availability. We cannot accept cancellations or change of delivery date once the item has been despatched. 

Returns

Equipment remains on hire, and therefore chargeable, until it is returned. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to return the equipment at the end of the Hire Term to the agreed location. Any equipment returned late (defined as the date immediately following the agreed return date within your order confirmation) will incur a daily rental charge of £20 per item. 

You may return items early. Items returned early for any reason will not be eligible for a refund of unused time. 

If equipment is not returned, the Owner reserves the right to take any and all necessary actions to locate, recover and regain possession of the equipment. This includes but is not limited to law enforcement and legal proceedings.

We expect fair wear and tear from normal usage during your rental (small tears/small stains/slight scratches). If your item is lost or damaged beyond repair, we expect you to cover the cost of replacing like for like, and therefore recommend your item(s) is covered on your home or travel insurance. If the item is damaged or soiled beyond fair wear and tear, but is repairable, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of the repair.
