Returns Process for Thursday’s Child Rentals
For most of our items, our self-service returns portal is the easiest way to send them back. We've partnered with Royal Mail to make the process simple and convenient — you can access the portal here: Thursday's Child Return Portal.
Just follow these easy steps:
On the portal, enter your order number (including the #) and your details as requested, then click "Create your label."
You'll then have two options:
Option 1 (our favourite!):
Arrange a home collection — Choose your preferred date for a postal worker to collect the item directly from your address. They'll even bring the label with them!
Option 2:
Drop off at a Post Office — You can either print the returns label at home and attach it yourself, or simply present the provided QR code at the Post Office to have them print it for you.
Returning Multiple Large Items:
If you have more than one large item to return, simply repeat the steps above for each item.
Special Note for Doona X Returns
Due to its size, the Doona X cannot be returned via Royal Mail. However, you still have the choice between home collection or drop-off.
We'll get in touch a few days before the end of your hire period to arrange the return. If you'd prefer to organise it earlier, just let us know — we're happy to help!
What if i forgot to send a part back?
Please don't worry, it happens! Please let us know as soon as you realise and simply pop it in the post back to us using the address below.
