How much does delivery cost?
We are very competitively priced with no hidden charges! Delivery is a flat fee of £6.99 for a large item (eg. pram/cot) plus accessories. Delivery of additional large items (eg. a second pram) is £6.00 per item. Delivery is calculated at checkout.
Delivery Date Information
Your items will be delivered on or before the start date of hire selected in the calendar. The start date is your desired delivery date and the first day of your hire period. The end date is the day you wish to return your items.
If you are ordering for a holiday or specific event, please ensure you allow a reasonable timeframe buffer between your hire start date and travel date (we recommend 3 days) as we cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party shipping delays.

Returns are totally free!
Use our dedicated Royal Mail Returns Portal to book a home collection or arrange to drop-off locally on the last day of your hire.
Simply keep the box your items arrive in to repack at the end of your hire, then arrange a home collection or local drop-off via the portal. You do not require a printer for either option. Make sure to obtain proof of postage and we'll let you know once we've received your items back.

I ordered the seat for a short weekend visit and everything went incredibly smooth. It arrived a day before we were supposed to arrive and sending it back was a breeze. The seat itself was good, but not great. for a 5 year old, you're supposed to use only the seatbelt of the car, not the belts in the seat, however, there's no way to remove the baby belts or move them out of the way, so they were just dangling all about. Iso-fix held the seat in place and the seatbelt did its job. Falling asleep in the chair was fine as its back was adjustable, but I just couldn't stop feeling like we were somehow doing something wrong and I had no way of knowing it for sure, even though the instructions printed on the seat seemed to be exactly what we did.
All in all, I'll happily use this service again as they were wonderful, communicative and easy to use - worth every penny! but in the future, I might opt for another seat and take the time to research its functions a bit more before hand.
Car seat looked brand new, was exactly as described, arrived on the promised date, and it was easy to set up a collection time to return it - perfect experience for me!
